Welcome To Our Journey

First off thank you for coming to our blog and website. We have finally decided to fully establish our presence on the internet for our journey through not only the distillery world but also with wines, spirits, and maybe the occasional beer to include the processes with everything. We started this off with the thought of "how hard could it really be?". So far in the past 11 months it has turned out to be a little less difficult than expected. We have put in the effort and research and have been willing to try new and interesting things. There have been a few snags along the way and it can be a tedious process but when isn't it when the government gets involved. Now KAL Spirits is up and running ready to bring you along as we journey into the world of spirits.

In the blog posts and social media posts we will be documenting how we are producing Whiskey, Brandy, and Moonshine at our current operating location. Other areas we will venture into are trying all sorts of different drinks, giving different tasting notes that the everyday person can relate to, visiting some amazing regions that hold the various distilleries and wineries, and meeting all sorts of interesting people along the way.
